An ecological house between valleys, sea, and mountains.

Surrounded by rivers, forests, and meadows, Casa Mínima opens to a changing landscape that connects the serenity of the mountains with the force of the Cantabrian Sea.

In the heart of the Pasiegos Valleys

Casa Mínima is located in the Pisueña valley, open to the Miera and Pas valleys, with beech forests, waterfalls, pastures, and hiking trails that change with the seasons.

On its private estate of more than two hectares, with meadows, native forest, and two rivers with waterfalls, nature sets the rhythm of the stay, offering silence and protection.

At Casa Mínima, the green of the valleys and the blue of the Cantabrian Sea are closer than you imagine

You can wake up among mountains and, in less than an hour, feel the sea breeze on a wild beach. Two worlds in one stay.

One climate, four experiences

The Atlantic climate of the region offers a unique experience in each season. Spring brings the awakening of nature with intense greens and blooms. Summer offers mild temperatures ideal for exploring the surroundings. Autumn transforms the landscape into a symphony of ochres and reds. And winter, with its tranquility and occasional snowfall, turns the house into a cozy refuge from which to contemplate dormant nature.
